Journal entry #4

Write about something that happened to you recently.

Two weeks ago, I bought a new bicycle in target. I thought it was really cheap because it cost only 80 dollars. However, suddenly something wrong with my bicycle…it broke!!! It was three day after that I bought it. I couldn't believe!! To this day, my bicycle in Japan has never broken. I had used my bicycle for five years but never broke. Sometimes, it got a flat tire. But I used to ride it everyday so it was natural to be a flat tire. I have decided not to buy a thing costs over twenty dollars at target. Since then, I really want to get a car but it costs a lot of money so I can’t buy but someday I wish I could buy a cheap car. If I got my own car, I could go everywhere I want to go and would buy something broke easily.

Sorry about your bad experience. However, you know...I think that's how it is in the USA. There are so many products in different levels. I believe that's totally different than in Japan. Hope that you will get another GOOD bike at Costco or Wallmart.....^_^

I am shocked! Ricky also bought a bicycle from Target and his bike broke too! You can comment on Ricky's story to see what he did when his bike broke. There is an expression that says, "You get what you pay for." Maybe next time you'll need to buy a nicer bike. Good luck!
